Victor and Jane, at any hour
Very soon, two people from the institute will be one tap away in the app, at any hour and in your language: Victor, our founder, as your Learning Guide, and Jane, our Administrator, for everything about your account. These aren't chatbots. They're AI avatars of Victor and Jane, with their faces, their voices and what they know.
Victor knows your learning as well as you do
Victor has led the Natural Language Institute for 24 years and has learned and taught languages all his life. His avatar draws on all of that. As your Learning Guide, he knows your level, your classes, your missions and the gaps in what you've learned so far. Ask him anything about learning a language or about how to get the most from Natural Fluency for your own goals, and he'll give you advice built for you, not for an average student. Ask "what should I do today?" and you'll get one clear next step, picked from your own progress.
Jane takes care of everything else
Jane runs the institute day to day, and her avatar answers the way she would. She knows your account, so she can tell you exactly when your plan renews, when your next free class opens or how many WhatsApp messages you have left this week. She can help you choose a plan or sort out a login, and she can read a screenshot when something looks wrong. Anything that needs a person, like a refund, she hands to our team, who reply by email.
And you can still talk to us
The avatars are there so you can reach us at any hour. They don't stand in for us. If you'd rather talk to a person, write to us on WhatsApp or at contact@natural.education, and someone from the institute will answer you. Victor and Jane are always glad to talk with students themselves.
Where to find them
Both will live in the round button at the bottom of every screen in the app, with Victor's and Jane's faces on it.
