Share your ambassador code. Your friend pays 20% less on an individual plan for 12 months. And for every month they stay subscribed, you receive a credit worth about 20% of their plan, taken off your own next payment, for up to 12 months.

How does the subscription work and how do I subscribe?

Natural Fluency gives you unlimited access to conversation classes and the complete study platform, in 13 languages, through an Individual or a Family subscription. For larger groups, contact our team and we will put together a custom plan. To subscribe, create your account and choose your plan.

How does the family plan work?

The Family Plan covers up to 5 people from the same household or immediate family, each with their own account. Once each person has created an account, add them on your account page, or message Support on WhatsApp and Jane will help you set them up.

How do I pay?

You can pay by card when you subscribe on the web, or through your App Store or Google Play account if you subscribe inside the iOS or Android app. All prices are in US dollars, monthly plans renew every month, and you can cancel at any time.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by sending us a message on WhatsApp or an e-mail (contact@natural.education). Our team will process your cancellation request within 24 hours. We aim to make this process as simple as possible, so feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. We value your feedback and would like to know the reason for cancellation to improve our service.
